Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026.
KitCrew is a product of KitFire AI Inc (“KitCrew,” “we,” “us,” “our”). KitCrew builds and operates AI agents for network marketers and affiliates. This page explains what information we collect from visitors, subscribers and members of kitcrew.ai, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to reach a human about any of it.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us:
- If you request the free chapter of The Last AI Course You’ll Ever Need or subscribe to a KitCrew mailing list: the email address you submit through our capture form.
- If you sign up through a MarketHive-hosted capture widget instead of a form on kitcrew.ai directly: that widget does not ask you for an email address. It asks you to sign up using a Google, Microsoft or Mail.ru account. If you do, MarketHive creates a MarketHive account for you and receives whatever that provider releases at sign-in — typically your name, your email address, your profile picture and an account identifier. MarketHive also records that you arrived from our page, and the promotional code you entered if you entered one. MarketHive is a separate company and its own privacy policy governs the account it creates for you.
- If you create a KitCrew account or member/buildout profile: the name, email and business/company information you provide, so your AI agents can be trained on your own business facts.
- If you purchase a paid KitCrew product (Duplicator Pro, or a course): billing details, handled directly by our payment processor (below) — we do not store your card number ourselves.
- If you read a free chapter or a purchased course on our delivery site: your email address, used only to send you a one-time sign-in link (no password is created or stored).
- Standard site-usage data your browser sends to any web server (page requested, timestamp, general device and browser type) as part of normal web hosting logs.
What we do not do: kitcrew.ai runs no advertising pixels, no analytics trackers, and sets no tracking cookies. The one third party your browser contacts on our pages is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this site is set in; loading a font from Google means Google receives your IP address, the same as on any site that uses their fonts. We get nothing from it and we do not track you with it. (Checked against the live site’s source on 19 August 2026 — a statement of current fact, not a permanent guarantee. If it changes, this page changes first.)
Why we collect it
- To send you the free chapter you requested, and the short weekly follow-up note described on the page where you signed up.
- To operate your KitCrew account or course access, and to communicate with you about it.
- To train your own AI agents on your own business facts, if you are a KitCrew member going through a buildout.
- To process payment for anything you purchase from us.
We do not use anything you give us to build a profile for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of outside services to run KitCrew. Each only sees the data it needs to do its one job:
- MarketHive — the capture-page and autoresponder platform that sends the free chapter and the weekly note, when you sign up through a MarketHive-hosted form.
- Stripe — processes payment for any paid KitCrew product. Stripe sees your billing details directly; we do not.
- Supabase — hosts course-reader accounts and sends the one-time sign-in link used to access a free chapter or a purchased course. No password is stored.
We do not otherwise share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Indefinitely, for as long as you’re on the list. We don’t put a clock on it and we don’t quietly delete you after a set period. When you give us your email address you are telling us we can write to you, and we may not have anything worth sending for months.
Two things bound that:
- You can leave whenever you want, and it is one reply — see below. We never make you justify it, and once you opt out we no longer have your permission to email you.
- If you ask us to delete you entirely, we do. The one thing we keep afterwards is your email address on a do-not-contact list, and only so that a future signup form or import cannot put you back on the list by accident. It is never used to send you anything. If you would rather we kept nothing at all, say so and we’ll erase that too — but then we cannot promise you won’t be re-added later by mistake.
Purchase records are a separate matter: we keep those for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to, whatever you decide about email.
Unsubscribing and access
To stop receiving our marketing email, reply to any message we send and ask, and a human removes you. We say it that way deliberately: our mailing runs on MarketHive’s autoresponder, which has no one-click unsubscribe merge tag, so promising you a link would be promising something we cannot deliver. If you’d like your data corrected or deleted outside of an email unsubscribe — for example, closing a course-reader account — email us (below) and we’ll handle it directly.
Children
KitCrew is intended for adults running or considering a network-marketing or affiliate business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
