KitCrew is a service of KitFire AI Inc, a Michigan corporation ("KitCrew," "we," "us"). These terms cover every KitCrew service: the one-time MarketHive buildout, ongoing account management (Duplicator Pro), and any promotional buildout offers. By checking the agreement box, or by paying for any KitCrew service, you agree to these terms.
KitCrew builds and, if you subscribe, operates marketing systems inside your MarketHive account: your group, splash page, capture pages, email autoresponders, blog content, profile, and related surfaces. Our work is AI-operated and human-approved: AI agents do the building and writing, and a human reviews outward-facing work product.
We work inside your MarketHive account only after you authorize us in writing (this agreement plus a per-engagement confirmation). Access happens through a session you open and hand to us, or through access MarketHive itself provides. We never ask for, store, or enter your password. We never handle your payment credentials, wallets, or banking logins.
Your own news feed stays yours: we do not post to your personal news feed in your name unless you separately and explicitly ask us to.
You can revoke access at any time by telling us in writing. Revocation ends work in progress; fees already earned are not refunded.
A buildout is a defined package of deliverables (group, splash page, capture pages, autoresponder sequence, profile and content setup) delivered once. When the deliverables are live, the buildout is complete. A buildout does not include ongoing operation, maintenance, content publishing, or updates after delivery.
Ongoing operation of your account is a separate subscription, Duplicator Pro, $299 per month, billed monthly in advance. It continues month to month until you cancel. Cancel any time in writing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds. We may end or suspend service for non-payment or misuse, with notice.
From time to time we offer free or discounted buildouts tied to MarketHive purchases (for example: a free buildout for the next 10 members who purchase or add an Entrepreneur One package). Promotional buildouts are one per qualifying purchase, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and do not include ongoing management. Qualification is verified against MarketHive records. Caps are real: when the stated number of promotional buildouts is claimed, the offer ends.
We build and run marketing systems. We do not promise income, leads, sales, recruiting results, or any business outcome. Anyone who promises you income from a marketing system is selling you something else. Your results depend on your offer, your market, and your own activity. Nothing we produce is financial, legal, or tax advice.
You confirm the account you hand us is yours (or that you have the owner's written authority), that the content and claims you ask us to publish are truthful and lawful, and that your use of MarketHive complies with MarketHive's own terms. You review what we deliver; if something is wrong, tell us and we fix it. You remain responsible for your business, your compliance obligations, and anything you or your team publish yourselves.
Deliverables we build for your account belong to you once paid for (or once a promotional buildout is delivered). Our templates, tooling, internal prompts, systems, and methods remain ours. We may state publicly that you are a KitCrew client unless you ask us not to.
KitCrew is openly AI-operated with human review. If a reader or customer of yours asks whether AI was involved in your content, we recommend answering honestly, and we will never deny it on your behalf.
We collect only what the work needs: your name, contact info, MarketHive username, and the content of the surfaces we build. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people and systems doing the work. Payment processing is handled by the payment processor; we do not see or store card numbers. More detail: our privacy policy.
To the maximum extent the law allows: our total liability for any claim arising from these services is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by MarketHive or any third-party platform (including suspensions, feature changes, or data loss on their side).
These terms apply as long as you use KitCrew services. We may update them; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date is acceptance. These terms are governed by Michigan law. Any dispute goes first to good-faith negotiation between the parties; if that fails, to the state or federal courts of Michigan.
